I have bought this product on occasion for a number of years. It is not overly hot but it really perks things up. I usually buy two bottles at a time.

At first I didn't like it, I thought the tomato was too pronounced and there wasn't enough heat. However, after opening, chilling and allowing to breathe, this sauce came to life. The garlic bloomed which leaves a different but tasty sensation that is unusual for a hot sauce. It's almost like Fuzzy's taco table sauce although hotter. The heat is sneaky, it doesn't really hit you until you're almost done with your dish and by then you almost forget what it was that made the dish hot. So, it's more like a condiment than a hot sauce, but it is quickly growing on me. Taste 7.5/10, spice 7/10

I have been purchasing Mike and Dianne's ring of fire sauce for over 10 years! This particular one is great on chicken, fish and to use in a marinade. It is a thick sauce so I would not recommend it to replace say Crystal or Tobasco. However I love it with eggs because of the garlic flavor and heat.
